Multifunctional medical building
Gorka Group provides the Customer with engineering services complex in construction from the development of project design documentation through commissioning to start-up of the constructed object.
The multidisciplinary medical building has 500 beds, comfortable wards and good canteen. The new building is provided with underground parking. The area of building is 71.2 thousand square meters. It is a seven storey building with basement and technical floor.
Designed and implemented as per the project:
Level 1
entrance group, food vending machine and hall for 20 seats, emergency room, a box module for 40 beds.
Level 2
emergency and purulent surgery department for 40 beds; otorhinolaryngology department for 50 beds; endocrinology department for 50 beds.
Level 3
diagnostic department; endoscopy department; traumatology and orthopedics department for 40 beds; general elective surgery and urology department for 40 beds; conference hall for 100 seats; passage to building 22 A.
Level 4
oncology and hematology department for 70 beds and
intensive care unit with 6 beds; ophthalmology and eye microsurgery department for 60 beds.
Level 5
department of bone marrow transplantation for 10 beds with an intensive care unit for 6 beds; department of cardiorheumatology and pulmonology for 40 beds; department of neurosurgery and neuro-oncology for 60 beds with an intensive care unit for 6 beds.
Level 6
the operating theatre unit with 12 operating rooms (3 septic and 9 aseptic); department of anesthesiology and intensive care for 15 beds; diagnostic radiology department and administrative offices.
Level 7
department of physiotherapy and exercise medicine, clinical and diagnostic laboratory, back of house of the canteen and dining room with 100 seats, administrative and building maintenance module and conference hall for 280 seats.
