The task of the GORKA Group was to design the multi-level transport interchange at the junction of the Moscow ring road with Verkhniye Polya Street and at the junction of the Moscow ring road with Kapotnya Street.
It is planned to reconstruct the section of Moscow ring road from Besedinskoe Highway to Kosinskoe Highway required for their proper operation.
The aboveground pedestrian crossing is also planned under this project.
