GORKA Group acted as Technical Customer and Designer under project: Local wastewater treatment facilities of Moscow State Public Health Institution Children Cardiorheumatology Health Center № 20 “Krasnaya Pakhra” at the address: Troitsk-1.
The approved project documentation has been provided for the construction of:
- operating building
- aerated basin
- diesel generator unit
- transformer substation (under separate project)
- 2 underground firewater tanks (fire tanks), combined storm water treatment module (factory equipment), sewer pump station (within the site development battery limits)
- access road and turn-around area with asphalt concrete paving
- site improvement and landscaping
As per Site development plan the land plot area is 5.2341 ha. The building footprint is 0.2363 ha.
