GORKA Group delivered the design and engineering for the 2nd phase of the construction of the administrative building at the address Tvardovskogo str., 2 (Moscow).
The project includes the construction of 16-storey building consisting of two buildings with connected underground levels. It was required to combine the designed and existing buildings into a single architectural complex.
The administrative building includes 3 underground levels (one technical and two parking) and 16 ground levels with a technical attic.
The land plot area is 5.2 ha, the development footprint is 5,580 sq. m.
