Objective. To coordinate all project participants involved (Investor, Designer, Contractor, authorities, etc.) and deliver the completed facility within the terms approved by the project documentation, current building codes and regulations.
Main phases:

1. Expert assessment of the land plot allocated for construction.
2. Support for the development and approval of FEED documentation.
3. Assistance with land title documentation.
4. Initial design data requesting.
5. Obtaining and optimizing of technical conditions for connection to urban utility networks.
6. Obtaining and optimizing of Site development plan of the land plot.
7. Support during review of documentation package required to get construction and design permits issued by Moscow Government.
8. Selection of the General Designer.
9. Support for the development and approval of project design documentation.
10. Support during design documentation expertise and related issuance of the construction permit.
11. Selection of the General Contractor.
12. Coordination of construction and installation works.
13. Technical supervision over construction and installation works.
14. Management of activities related to issuance of Construction work completion certificate.
15. Obtaining of Permit to Operate.
